In case of lockdown
Dog walks can still continue with certain guidelines in place.
- If owners are not at home then dog walker can continue walking dog as normal with the addition of hand sanitised before entering property and all touch points disinfected on leaving property
- if owners are at home then dog walker may not enter the property , dog walker will knock on the door on arrival and owner must bring dog to the door, both parties to wear face covering and wash or sanitise hands before handover .
- Handover of dog must be completed at a safe distance (where this is safe ), if this is not possible for example if front door opens directly onto road or dog is likely to run into road then an alternative method of handover must be sought, This could be via a back door for example or use of a dog crate.
- On returning after the walk, dog walker will knock on the door and then maintain a safe distance to return the dog to the owner both parties to wear a face covering and follow above guidleines for handing dog back to owner
If owner is isolating due to being in contact with a postitive case of covid 19
- dog walks can continue following above guidleines but dog walker must be informed as soon as possible
- hands must be washed or sanitised prior to handover and face coverings msut be worn
If owner tests positive for Covid 19
- Dog walker must be infomed as soon as possible and walks must cease until isolation is completed and with a clear PCR test
- there will be no charge for late cacellation in these circumstances

- Owners will be informed as soon as possible walks must cease until isolation is completed and with a clear PCR test
- there will be no charge
